Description

The aim of this summer school is to introduce Ph.D. students and post-docs to current topics and methodological approaches in applied microeconomics. The instructors, Imran Rasul and Stephen Ryan, are leading experts in these fields.

In addition to attending lectures, participants will have the opportunity to discuss their research ideas with the instructors and their peers in poster sessions and individual meetings. The lectures will be complemented by sessions on research data management organized by the LMU-ifo Economics and Business Data Center.

The Summer School is organized as a cooperation between the EBE Program and the CRC.

How to apply

Applicants must be either Ph.D. Students or early-stage post-docs and should indicate whether they would like to present a poster. There is no participation fee. Hotel reservations will be made by the organizers of the summer school. Members of the CRC may apply for funding through the CRC.
